<b>noi <\/b>partecipanti al progetto.<\/p><hr \/><p>Per gestire le nostre iniziative utilizzeremo due strumenti giuridici:<\/p><ul><li>una associazione tesa a sviluppare gli interessi variegati dei partecipanti e convogliarli verso le finalit\u00e0 prescelte, e<\/li><li>una societ\u00e0 agricola a responsabilit\u00e0 limitata, che gestisca le attivit\u00e0 agricole primarie e le attivit\u00e0 a queste connesse.<\/li><\/ul><hr \/><p>Questi strumenti giuridici saranno funzionali alla\u00a0<i>mission\u00a0<\/i>della comunit\u00e0:\u00a0vivere una vita piena, pi\u00f9 felice, serena, attiva, e ricca di gioie e soddisfazioni a contatto con la Natura e con le persone interne ed esterne al progetto.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div obiettivo da raggiungere sar\u00e0 quello di trovare i partecipanti.<\/p><hr \/><p>Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, il mio impegno, come promotore, consister\u00e0 nel progettare, comunicare, e, quindi, raggiungere e selezionare circa 100 persone che vogliano prendere parte al progetto.<\/p><p>Ogniqualvolta una persona si unir\u00e0 al progetto, in qualit\u00e0 di potenziale fondatore, Non cambiamo l&#8217;idea generale, scegliamo solo parole diverse perch\u00e9 meglio adattano il nostro pensiero al modello reale che stiamo considerando.<br \/>E mi sorprendo sempre a scoprire che ci ripetiamo anche se non dovrei perch\u00e9 gi\u00e0 altri, in passato, hanno scritto: &#8220;books always speak of other books, and every story tells a story that has already been told.&#8221;<\/p><hr \/><p>A riprova di quanto detto, non \u00e8 forse vero che i tre principi etici della Permacultura corrispondono abbastanza bene ai tre Obiettivi dell&#8217;Umanit\u00e0: <b>Giustizia Ambientale<\/b> (Earth Care), <b>Giustizia Sociale<\/b> (People Care) e <b>Sostenibilit\u00e0<\/b> (Future Care)?<\/p><hr \/><p>Permacultura significa, tra l&#8217;altro, realizzare: raised beds, hugelkultures, che vorranno partecipare al progetto, redatto l&#8217;atto costitutivo e lo statuto della societ\u00e0, concordato il valore degli immobili che la societ\u00e0 rilever\u00e0 da me, ci troveremo davanti a un notaio per effettuare contestualmente le seguenti operazioni:<\/p><ul><li>costituzione di societ\u00e0 agricola srl,<\/li><li>apporto dei soci, me escluso,<\/li><li>acquisto di alcuni dei miei immobili da parte della societ\u00e0,<\/li><li>apporto da parte mia.<\/li><\/ul><p>Si passer\u00e0 quindi alla esecuzione dei progetti e delle opere per realizzare gli appartamenti e le strutture desiderate (Sauna, Solarium, Biopiscina, Impianto raccolta acque piovane, Impianto Fitodepurazione, &#8230;).<\/p><p>Nel tempo che ci vorr\u00e0 per portare a termine le opere, definiremo come vorremmo organizzare la nostra vita associativa (attivit\u00e0 sociali, culturali, artistiche, sportive e ricreative), metteremo a fuoco i Business Models delle attivit\u00e0 di impresa che vorremmo intraprendere e stileremo i business plans relativi, per essere pronti a cominciare la nostra nuova avventura insieme.<\/p><p>La liquidit\u00e0 residua della societ\u00e0 (es.: apporti [8.000.000] &#8211; investimenti [3.845.000] &#8211; aumento di crediti [484.000] &#8211; diminuzione di debiti [-180.000] = liquidit\u00e0 residua [3.851.000]) verr\u00e0 usata:<\/p><ul><li>per finanziare le attivit\u00e0 agricole principali e connesse prescelte,<\/li><li>per affrontare spese impreviste con una riserva di prima linea,<\/li><li>per essere tenuta da parte quale riserva di seconda linea.<\/li><\/ul><p>In questo modo, la societ\u00e0 sar\u00e0 dotata inizialmente di una posizione finanziaria molto forte.<\/p><p>Sar\u00e0 compito dei soci mantenere tale posizione nel tempo, contribuendo a generare annualmente un reddito d&#8217;esercizio positivo e soddisfacente (Sostenibilit\u00e0
