The two buildings are located on my farm, whose access is via a 1.5 km long gravel municipal road.

The area is near two waterways’ confluence: to the west, the “Canale della Pace,” and south, the “Canale Brian.”

The latter served as the boundary line between the Byzantine Empire (Eastern Roman Empire) and the Lombard Kingdom, the entity between the 6th century AD and the 8th century AD that had replaced the Western Roman Empire.

The first one is used as a local competition field; the second one is a national and international competition field for sport fishing.

The Farm Center borders to the north and the east with farms engaged in the restoration of natural spaces (wooded hedges, wooded patches, dunes, ponds, biotopes) and that cultivate the fields according to the methods of organic farming or low environmental impact.

In the surrounding countryside, hunting is currently prohibited because it is a Repopulation and Capture Zone.

The geographical position allows you to enjoy the pleasant tranquillity of the countryside without being too far away.
