Those who wish can book a “fee per person, linked to an apartment” or a “fee corresponding to an entire apartment.”
In both cases, it is advisable to specify
the capital contribution that you are willing to subscribe, indicating a range of capital, e.g., between 100,000 and 250,000 since the quotas cannot be fixed before having collected an adequate number of potential subscriptions;
the floor (ground or second floor) and the block (A, B, C, D) of the place in the apartment or the whole apartment that you wish to receive on free loan as long as you remain the owner of the share.
To book, therefore, it is sufficient to fill in the contact form with the wording Social Quota Reservation followed by the description of the amount you want to subscribe to and the apartment where you want to live, with the indications described above.
This reservation will be binding neither for those who make the reservation, who can cancel it at any time nor for me who receive it.
It is a reservation for statistical and organizational purposes only to allow easy comparison between the number of potential participants, the constructive solution to be adopted, and the number of places still available.
And it is also an indication to me of when to start arranging meetings between people interested in the project.
