k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p>Im Folgenden sind f\u00fcnf Beispiele aufgef\u00fchrt, f\u00fcr die Mittel in H\u00f6he von 8.008.000 Euro aufgebracht werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p><p>Am Ende jedes Beispiels finden Sie eine Tabelle mit den Werten der Aktien, wenn sich der gew\u00e4hlte Betrag des aufzunehmenden Kapitals \u00e4ndert. Je nach den rechtlichen und wirtschaftlichen Vor- und Nachteilen entscheiden wir, wie viel Geld wir als Kapital und wie viel als r\u00fcckzahlbares, unverzinsliches Darlehen einbringen.
